
Plant Sciences Ph.D. candidate Maureen Kahiu placed 3rd at the International Turfgrass Research Conference in Japan earlier this month. Maureen presented a paper titled ‘Poa annua control in golf course putting green collars via fraise mowing’ by Kahiu, M. M (Presenting author), J.T. Brosnan, and G. K. Breeden.
The International Turfgrass Society (ITS) hosts the International Turfgrass Research Conference. The International Turfgrass Society aims to bring turfgrass researchers together from around the world, to share research and information with each other.
