
Plant Sciences graduate student Jacob Friedrich recently placed 3rd in the American Society for Horticultural Science’s Controlled Environment Graduate Student Oral Competition in New Orleans! This competition included 36 students from across the country.
Jacob presented research on Supplemental Lighting Effects on Tennessee Consumers Perception of Radish and Kale Microgreens Nutritional Quality. This work was conducted under the supervision of Dr. Kellie Walters, Dr. Alicia Rihn, and Dr. Natalie Bumgarner.
